Introduction
We wear continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) that measure and log our interstitial glucose every 15 minutes or when prompted from a cellphone app. This page serves as an archive for our CGM data after eating traditionally healthy and unhealthy foods. We have already undergone major changes in our diets in an effort to minimize glucose variation and insulin area under the curve (AUC) due to the data we have collected from our CGM. We hope you find the information on this page as interesting as we do!
